How to print snapshot and query the report in CVS Server?

The CVS Server is not provided print function. Please install print software in the CVS Server to have the snapshot or data printing work.
Q2:
How to export the [ReportQuery] data?
Please install Microsoft Excel 2003 before clicking [Export] button to proceed with log query in Monitor or Web Monitor program. This system does not support Microsoft Excel 2007 at present.
