How to run Viewer program smoothly without impact system operation? |

When the Viewer program is running, please do not drag the slider frequently to impact the system. If the system is abnormal, close the Viewer program and logon again which will not impact the system operation.

Which is taken as standard time, the time in recording file or in the scroll bar, when the recording file is played? |
A: |
When the time in the recording file is not coincided with that in scroll bar that the video is played, please take the time in recording file as standard time.

What’s the screen color after playing the recording file? |

After playing the recording file in Monitor program and follow to click the magnified or shrunk button, the screen color will be displayed in black.

What is the different status if select the recording file from file manager or Monitor program? |
A: |
Select the video recording file from file manager which will be provided the video play only without another function.

What is the possible cause for the recording file size is zero? |

If the alarm setting is assigned with camera video recording and its recording file size is zero, then the possible cause is that the camera is disconnected. Please check the camera is connected to display the video or not.

How to make time record for the recording file if the CMS / CVS control panel or proxy service is restarted but not on the hour in Monitor program? |

Though the CMS / CVS control panel or proxy service is restarted not on the hour, the recording file always makes record on the hour. For example: The control panel or proxy service is restarted at 1:20PM, the recording file is recorded 1:00PM ~ 2:00PM but played to 1:20PM to stop.

Is there any difference between AVI recording file and original recording file in Monitor program? |

After making the AVI recording file, its playing speed will be a little slower than the original file but will not impact the video content

How to download the recording file exactly in Monitor program? |
A: |
Click [ServerPlayback] in the Monitor program and click [Download] before selecting the recording file (schedule or event file). The default file path to store the file is 「My Document」 which is located at C drive. Please change the default path to another drive not to impact the operating system in C drive.

What is the name at the upper left corner when the scheduled recording file is played? |

Launch the utility by clicking Monitor icon. When the scheduled recording file is played, the camera name is displayed at the upper left corner. Click [Download] to load this file into hard drive, use MediaViewer to play this file, the camera name is no more existed but file path name at the upper left corner.
