With recording compression ratio in dynamic mechanism (I/P/B), it is described the image performance symptom.

A: |
(1) Recording play: The time at starting or closing point in the scroll bar is not consistent with the time in the recording file.
(2) Alarm recording: When recording file is played to the end, the slider at scroll bar is not moved to right end side. When recording file is played with reverse, the slider at scroll bar is not moved to left end side.
(3) Select one of the motion detection alarms with setting video recording and double click the recording file to play. Click pause button and play with 2x or 3x, the video is always played from the beginning or without any action for some time.
(4) Select one of the Motion detection alarms with setting video recording and click pause button during video playing, the time goes backwards.
(5) Select one of the motion detection alarms with setting video recording. Move slider in the scroll bar does not make video time change but needs to move a long segment to make the time change in the screen.

To adjust the video quality can not make the parameter update immediately but needs to click “Apply” button to take the relevant parameter effect.

How to switch multiple splitting screens into single screen in Monitor program? |
A: |
Select the dynamic splitting screen to view instant image in the Monitor program. When the alarm is occurred, click [Cancel] button to make the splitting screen change to single screen.

If you view the image lagged at the slitting screen in Monitor program, how to take care of it? |

To run the 9 or above splitting screen in the Monitor program and find the image is lagged with waiting a long time to view. Please check the camera resolution, if it is more than 4CIF then decrease its frame rate of the image.

If the device setting with used IP address which is caused unable to view the image in Admin program, how to solve it? |
A: |
Please make sure whether the IP address is used or not before setting device. If this IP has been deleted but reused soon to set in the assigned device, then you have problem that can not view the image. Please logoff and logon Monitor program to make the view again.

The [Resolution] in the image setting is described this camera takes the image resolution that will not update the image resolution setting in the camera.

(1) Select one of the cameras from splitting screen.
(2) Double click at the assigned splitting screen to change to the single screen.
(3) Click [4CIF] button to make it work.

What is the relation if either main area E-map or sub-area icon has been removed when the sub-area icon is put on the mail area? |

(1) When the sub-area E-map is removed, its icon will also be removed from main area E-map.
(2) When the sub-area icon is removed from main area E-map, the sub-area E-map is also removed.

If the alarm needs to input password to query its information, then this alarm E-map is not come with the alarm when it is occurred. (The alarm spot is the confidential data in CMS / CVS).

How to solve the symptom if the E-map in server site and client site is different? |
A: |
When the alarm is occurred in the client site which E-map is not consistent with in the server site, that means the server site has been uploaded the updated E-map. Please access the path of C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\UniSVR\UniArgus2\MapCache to delete Cache when this status is occurred.

Drag the device icon from site setup tree to the E-Map. This icon will be magnified when it is start to move and get shrunk when moves to the fixed spot on the E-Map.

Browse Start > All Programs > CVS > MediaViewer. Click Snapshot to fill in statement and save it. But the saved image is short of the statement.
