• Target market: Taiwan, North America, Great Britain, China/Hong Kong
• ~4 partners in each country/region
• UniSVR’s responsibility
• Integrate the resource of local mobile network operator (MNO)
• Be the mobile virtual network operator (MVNO)
• Provide cloud connection technology, including Mobile IoT Board, HermIoT Gateway, etc.
• Provide cloud-connected sample products, such as GPS Tracker
• Partner’s responsibility
• Provide cloud-connected products/applications
• Deploy local application service operator (APSO)
